Hamock Technologies, LLC (“Hamock”) provides services to property owners, landlords, rental managers and renters. We may collect personal information, including but not limited to: first name, last name, email address, phone number, birthdate, and Social Security Number during user verification, which is sent directly to third-party services (e.g., Stripe) for identity verification purposes. We may collect non-personal information, such as browser type, IP address, device information, and property or unit details not directly tied to personal data. This includes things like your home search history, homes you view, purchase activity, what you’ve clicked on and other uses of our websites, and the amount of time you spend looking at different parts of our websites. We and our third-party partners may use tracking technologies to automatically collect commercial information, preferences, and internet, network and device information, including: • Information about how you access our services, such as the website visits, how frequently you access websites or services, whether you open emails or click on links, whether you access the services from multiple devices and other actions you take on the services. • Information about how you use the services, including the pages you visit, the ads you view and click, purchase information, your location when you access our services, and other similar actions. • Information about the computer, tablet, smartphone or other device you use, including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, platform type, device type/model/manufacturer, operating system, date and time, your browser ID, mobile device, or your account (including, e.g., a persistent device identifier or an Ad ID), and other such information. • Analytics Data, such as information about your activity when you visit our sites or use our apps; this can include mouse clicks and movements, forms filled out, and similar information. 1.3 Files Uploaded by Users
Users may upload files, such as lease contracts or property-related documents. These files are securely stored in Amazon S3 with encryption applied both in transit and at rest, and they may contain personal information

We use the information collected to verify user identities, facilitate and process financial transactions (e.g., rent payments), provide and improve our services, store and associate user-uploaded files with properties, communicate with you to provide technical or administrative support.

We may aggregate non-personal data to analyze trends, manage the platform, improve our services without identifying individual users, and conduct research and analytics designed to understand our customer base and improve and grow our business, products, services, and customer experience.

We do not store sensitive personal information such as Social Security Numbers or your mailing address. Event records, lease data, transaction histories, and uploaded files are retained to maintain service records. Files are securely stored in encrypted S3 buckets to ensure privacy.
